REMOTE WORK POLICY

Employees are expected to promptly respond to colleagues, supervisors, and team members to ensure seamless collaboration.

Workspace and Equipment:

Employees must create a productive and safe home workspace conducive to work requirements.
Necessary equipment, tools, and software for remote work will be provided by MailBaby.

Data Security:

Employees must adhere to data security and confidentiality policies, ensuring that sensitive information is kept secure and not disclosed to unauthorized parties.

Performance and Productivity:

Employees' performance will be assessed based on agreed-upon goals, outcomes, and deliverables.
Managers will monitor remote employees' productivity and provide support as needed.

Health and Well-being:

Employees are encouraged to prioritize their health and well-being. Regular breaks, exercise, and ergonomic practices are recommended.

Expense Reimbursement:

Employees may be eligible for expense reimbursement for work-related costs incurred while working remotely. Details can be discussed with HR.

Approval and Communication:

Remote work arrangements must be approved by supervisors and HR. A formal written agreement may be required.
Employees should keep supervisors informed about their work progress, projects, and availability.

Termination of Remote Work Arrangement:

Remote work arrangements may be modified or terminated at the discretion of the company based on business needs, performance, or other factors.
