Necessary equipment, tools, and software for remote work will be provided by MailBaby.

Performance and Productivity:
Employees' performance will be assessed based on agreed-upon goals, outcomes, and deliverables.
Managers will monitor remote employees' productivity and provide support as needed.

Health and Well-being:
Employees are encouraged to prioritize their health and well-being. Regular breaks, exercise, and ergonomic practices are recommended.

Expense Reimbursement:
Employees may be eligible for expense reimbursement for work-related costs incurred while working remotely. Details can be discussed with HR.

Approval and Communication:
Remote work arrangements must be approved by supervisors and HR. A formal written agreement may be required.
Employees should keep supervisors informed about their work progress, projects, and availability.

Termination of Remote Work Arrangement:
